Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 5:00 pm CT (Central Time) will begin processing on the following business day. We will contact you via the email from which the order was placed if additional information is needed for credit verification.  

Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

TOC accepts: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, & JCB credit card payments as well as PAYPAL payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers. 




For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to applicable local tax, and will be calculated upon checkout.

 *Free standard shipping on continental U.S. orders over $50. No code necessary. Automatically deducted during checkout. Subtotal of $50 must be reached before taxes & shipping are calculated, but after any promotional codes are entered.

Orders typically ship out the next business day (business days do not include weekends or holidays).  

    You will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  Expedited shipping is not available at this time-- all orders will ship out via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

    Currently, we not accept international orders, or orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. 


        In the event of a returned item, please email us at with your order number & the item(s) you wish to return so that we may provide you with the RMA number and return instructions.

        Products must be returned in UNUSED condition in their original packaging within 21 days of the date your order was placed.

        Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted. TOC maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed to be previously used.

          Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed upon reaching us. Once processed and your refund issued, you will be notified via email.  Please note, refunds may take up to several business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
